I was sent this video in an email and it impacted and moved me in a way I cant explain. I want to be able to practise this kind of forgiveness in my life. Push pause on my music before you push play.

Boys...A noise with dirt on it
Daddy built the boys a fort with some chairs and blankets. You would have thought he went to Disneyland. Give the kid a flashlight and he was content for hours.

No fort would be complete without mans best friend. The dogs loved laying in the fort, it was hilarious. I love this picture of Maverick laughing from Rambo kissing him on the arm

Wiley really is a beautiful dog, I just love this face

Lastly I am nominating myself for mother of the year award for letting him eat cereal and chips for lunch in his fort.

The low down on the low down
So I have been MIA for awhile. I'm feeling alittle better and back to wanting to post on my life. First off in June Veronica and I got to go and see Clinton Anderson and his natural horsemanship tour. It was amazing and we learned so much. It was fun being in Vegas just us two girls and alot of crazy horse people. The ground work and tricks he is able to teach horses was so fun to watch. I think we make two hot cowgirls that's for sure. This first picture is us with Clinton and his mentor Ian. These two horses are Clinton's and they are the most amazing animals around. I had to butt in and get close to Clinton that's him on the horse behind me.

The next event that happened was Nephi had ACL surgery. He actually had it the day after I got home from Vegas. He has been doing amazing. I'm really proud of him. After working in physical therapy as long as I have I knew it wasn't going to be easy but he has worked really hard. I'm excited for him to get all the way healed and start school next month.

Now this little man has grabbed my heart and soul and ran with it. Can you even stand this face???? He is honestly the sweetest little man and he makes my life sooooo worth living.

Last but not least I know that all of you reading this probably had no idea the passion I have for horses until I started posting about it lately. However we have had horses in my family for years and I simply love them.

It has also been a dream come true to not only have a horse to call my own, but a my son who shares the love. He loves being my little cowboy and could be at my side all day.

He's also pretty darn good at riding the sheep. Gotta love his face here.

So thats the low down on the low down. I was in a little funk there for a few, but Im pulling myself out. Heavenly Father is very aware of me and my family, this I know to be true. Im grateful for the trials I am able to have the strength to get through and cant wait to see the end result of putting my shoulder to the wheel.

To blog or not to blog
Im think I might be ready to quit this blog. Although its hard to say it out loud, I feel I havent had very many interesting things to blog about. Im not sure if people are looking at it, and Im not sure if I really will be able to print this all off later to make a book or not. So I want to do a test. IF You read this blog and think that I from time to time have something interesting you like to read and you would be sad to watch it go..please leave a comment saying so. If you think its a good idea for me to stop (which you're probably right) Please also leave a comment saying so. This should be interesting......................

Weekly blessing reflection
This week I would like to focus on one of my best friends in the whole world Veronica. She is a rock in my life. She has taught me so much about myself and about life. I'm so thankful to have met her and to have her live just down the road. We share a love and passion for animals, but in particular horses. I have never in my life met anyone who loved them the way I do, except my mom and sister. We have the privilege to go and work our horses nearly everyday and there is no place Id rather be. It is a great break from being a mom and wife, I don't care how dirty I am, what I smell like(sorry veronica) or what I look like. Its an escape. We are going to Las Vegas to see Clinton Anderson. He teaches natural horseman ship. Kind of like horse whispering. The count down has begun and we will be leaving early Sat. morning. I CANT WAIT!!! My horse (Pretty girl) who none of you on here have met will miss me while I'm gone but I cant wait to come home and practise all that I learn. I'm grateful to my father in heaven for blessing me with this horse and the love I feel from her.
Veronica and I at our activity days daddy daughter cowboy dinner. (yes I even get to share my calling with my BFF)
Such a beautiful face
Don't mind how massive I look in these photos, I'm not fat I'm BIG boned LOL

Weekly blessing reflection
This week I would like to recognize the blessing that is family. We went to Sigurd this weekend to visit Nephi's family. Nephi's brother and his wife Caitie also came from Helper to visit. It was great being able to spend time with them and let our little babies play together. Not to mention, have you seen the kids cheeks? I could not stop kissing and snuggling that baby. You wouldnt be able to tell who was older of the two if I didn't tell you, Its Kanon by a month.

I'd also like to recognize how much Maverick blesses us with his humor and love. We are laughing at things he does on a regular basis. He found this bubble wand at grandmas and of course talked her into taking it home

At first I was not excited about it because frankly I hate the mess that bubbles make. However look how cool these bubbles are.

And that face says it all, he was in love with the thing.

Sunday=blessing reflections
So I'm going to start a new thing on my blog. I need to focus on the blessings in my life, therefore every Sunday I'm going to make a list or overview of my blessings and what I'm thankful for over the past week.
Here goes..... First off I'm thankful for having the worlds cutest children. I'm thankful for Maverick and his sensitive personality. He is so in tune with me and how I'm feeling, He always knows how to make me feel better. His sense of humor is unlike any other child his age I have ever met. He is a clone of his daddy, which makes me happy. Second I'm thankful for having a husband who lives his life following the gospel so that he can bless our lives with the priesthood. I'm thankful for the wonderful blessing I was able to receive by him before my job interview on Thursday. (more details on that later)
I'm thankful for a great baby is so laid back that I can take him anywhere with ease. He smiles so easily it melts a persons heart. I love just staring at him at night while he is sleeping. Words cant express the way I feel inside while looking at him. I also am thankful for the gospel and the way it blesses me day in and day out. Without the light of Christ in my life I wouldn't know how to make it through life's challenges.
Following these little reflections I will end by posting some pictures of this last week and the fun things going On in the Iverson's family.

Maverick is very into lining up everything. Whatever he is playing with or is new has to be lined up just so. If you try to bother him while he is doing it he will have a come apart. A little OCD like me I think. I woke up from a nap to find this on my book case. Trains facing forward, cars toward the window and dinosaurs facing forward

We went last night with some friends and had a yummy dutch oven dinner. It was really fun

Yes for those of you who don't have a facebook, or seen mine Maverick does have an awful black eye. He tripped while running and hit it on a drawing easel. But he's doing much better now

Happy 3rd little bubba
Today is my sweet Maverick's birthday. I can not believe how fast time goes by when you have children. He has been such a big part of my life, he brings me joy I never knew was possible. There was a time in my life that I thought I couldn't have children so I had just given up. However being a mom was something I just ached to be. The day I found out I was pregnant with him was a day that changed me forever! I had never felt so complete. Followed by the day I gave birth, You truly couldn't bring me down off of that cloud. Maverick you were so worth all the weight mommy put on, (wish it was gone now however) you were worth all 18 hours of labor, you were worth all the sleepless nights and first and for most you were worth all the heartache I had to go through to finally have you in my life. It was a journey I would take all over again to have you.
Yesterday we celebrated little bubba's birthday with his friends at the bowling alley. Maverick's favorite thing in the world right now is bowling. He had a blast! My friend Veronica made him the cutest bowling ball cake and I made some bowling pins. It was a hit, all the kids loved it! Grandma and Grandpa sent money to get Maverick his first bike. Although he is a little frustrated that he cant petal it, he loves it and looks so big on it.
